The Best Prize of All: Warm Apple Cider Donuts!
Coming off of the most historic season by any harrier in Norton Cross Country history, Bella Pietrasiewicz finished with the highest placement at All-States than any other runner in Norton history.  She placed first and was undefeated in every duel meet of the season for the girls.  She is a 3 time TVL All-star.  She is the back-to-back TVL SMALL Most Valuable Athlete.  She holds the 3K AND 5K SCHOOL RECORDS for Cross Country and she shattered her own 3K School record this year in her big victory at the MSTCA Invite Meet in the junior/senior race earlier this year. This season, she ran SUB 19:00 for a 5K with a 18:55 (which is a brisk 6:06 pace for 3.1 miles). She lead & helped the Norton girls win their first ever TVL Championship!

Finally, the Saturday before the Divisional State Championships, Bella ran one of the most inspiring cross country races we have ever seen an athlete run, breaking away from the pack at the 1.5 mile mark and winning the D4 State Championship by 20 seconds. At All-States, she placed 8th overall with a 19:53 on a VERY tough & hilly course.
